If you have a dog, it is a City of Wilber and State of Nebraska ordinance to license them. Review state statue below:
17-526 Dogs and other animals; license tax; enforcement.
Besides it being a requirement of the state and City of Wilber, licensing your dog actually provides a number of benefits to you and your pet.
With Christmas just a few days away, all of us at the City of Wilber would like to wish all of our residents a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Each year the Wilber Area Chamber of Commerce hosts their Hometown Holiday Celebration. This year they will transform the town into a Candyland Christmas, with gingerbread men, lollipops, the community tree lighting, local shopping and the annual craft show (click link for vendor registration form) and visit with Santa.
