There will be extra room in the capsule so if you or your business have something that you would like to include, please bring it with you. Make sure it coincides with Wilber and current times.

This last weekend our 8u and 12u girls participated in the FunFrAll League tournaments. Our 8u Black team stayed here in Wilber, 8u Green team traveled to Plymouth and the 12u girls traveled to Geneva. Both 8u teams fought their way back after an initial loss and ended their season with two close games. The 12u girls took 2nd place in their tournament, losing their final game to Plymouth.
Our 8u and 12u girls displayed a great deal of grit and sportsmanship and we couldn’t be more proud of them!
June 23rd – 25th our 10u girls will travel to Friend and our 14u girls will be in Shickley on the evenings of June 20th, 21st and 23rd. If you can’t make it to the games, cheer them on from afar! Good luck to our teams this week!
This weekend, Wilber is hosting the 8u Fun4All Softball tournament. Games start on Friday at 5pm and will run through Sunday at 4pm. This brings a number of people to town that will spend the weekend here.

The City Council and Planning Commission of the City of Wilber, Nebraska will hold a special workshop meeting on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Cultural Center, 110 W Third St. Wilber, NE. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a workshop with the Wilber Planning Commission regarding amendments to the Wilber Zoning Codes.
The Council reserves the right to go into closed session on any of the agenda items as pursuant to Section 84-1410. An agenda will be available at the City Office with the Council reserving the right to modify the agenda when convened. Requests to be on the agenda must be made in the City Office 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting.
