Billpay Options

Utilities are due monthly and will be paid to the City of Wilber by one of the following methods:

Online Bill Pay

Utilize our online payment tool to pay your utilities, purchase a season pool pass, pay an ambulance bill or register your golf cart/UTV/ATV.
*Please note: a 2.49% fee will be added for online payments.

PAY HERE

ACH Withdrawl

Utility Bills may be deducted from your bank account on the 3rd of each month. If you wish to set up an automatic deduction (ACH) for your utility bill contact the City Office to complete the ACH authorization form.

In Person

A dropbox is located on the west side of the City Office by the alley and is available 24 hours a day.

UTILITIES DISCONNECTION POLICY

The City of Wilber shall have the right to discontinue utility services and remove its properties if the charges for such services are not paid within seven (7) days after the date that the charges become delinquent. Charges become delinquent if not paid in full on or before the twentieth (20th) day of each month. Before any termination, the City shall first give notice by first-class mail or, in person to any domestic subscriber whose service is proposed to be terminated. If notice is given by first-class mail, such mail shall be conspicuously marked as to its importance. Service shall not be discontinued for at least seven (7) days, weekends and holidays excluded, after notice is sent or given.
