The City of Wilber requires all Golf Car Vehicles (Golf Carts), Utility Type Vehicles and All-Terrain Vehicles with the Wilber City Office to be registered. Owners will need to complete a short permit application form and provide the following information.
- Make, model, year and V.I.N. of the vehicle.
- Proof of Liability Insurance as required by Nebraska Law.
- Attach to the rear of the vehicle a triangular shaped day-glow safety flag that extends not less than 5 feet above ground.
- Pay a registration fee
The annual fee is $25. Once the owner provides all the required information they will be issued a sticker for their vehicle which needs to be affixed to the left front portion of the unit.
Any person operating a Golf Cart, UTV or ATV as authorized shall have a valid Class “O” motor vehicle operator’s license issued by the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles and shall be of an age of seventeen (17) years or older.
